Janet Snyder interviews Mitch Flynn, the founder of and one of the top individual fundraisers for the Ride For Roswell, an annual charity event to support Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
The Ride itself is the culmination of year-round efforts, and 2012 will be the 17th year of the event, which has raised close to $17 million for Roswell Park since its inception. Mitch is also the president of the local advertising firm Flynn & Friends.

The Ride For Roswell is an annual celebration of community support for Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Its core mission is to understand, prevent and cure cancer.
Drink water all day & eat before you start. We have 13 rest stops where you can rest, get hydrated & grab a PB&J or banana.
Be sure your helmet is resting flat on your head, not tilted up or down. Also be sure the strap is tight enough.Be sure helmet locks securely, fits well & has no cracks.
A-B-C Check- Be sure your bike is in good condition. Check bike tires for proper Air pressure. Check Brakes. Check Chain.
