- I am riding in honor of my sister in-law Carmella Bird, who was just diagnosed in Feb 09 with cancer. I am also riding in honor of my mother in-law Linda D'Antuono who is a cancer survivor!!

About The Ride
The Ride For Roswell is an annual celebration of community support for Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Its core mission is to understand, prevent and cure cancer.
Bike Safety Tips
Drink water all day & eat before you start. We have 13 rest stops where you can rest, get hydrated & grab a PB&J or banana.
Be sure your helmet is resting flat on your head, not tilted up or down. Also be sure the strap is tight enough.Be sure helmet locks securely, fits well & has no cracks.
A-B-C Check- Be sure your bike is in good condition. Check bike tires for proper Air pressure. Check Brakes. Check Chain.
