The Ride For Roswell is an annual celebration of community support for Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Its core mission is to understand, prevent and cure cancer.
Drink water all day & eat before you start. We have 13 rest stops where you can rest, get hydrated & grab a PB&J or banana.
Be sure your helmet is resting flat on your head, not tilted up or down. Also be sure the strap is tight enough.Be sure helmet locks securely, fits well & has no cracks.
A-B-C Check- Be sure your bike is in good condition. Check bike tires for proper Air pressure. Check Brakes. Check Chain.

Hi Mark, I am in Ride Connect, now ! Obviously....
Peggy and I are leading a Training Ride on May 30th. We are looking at some of the Boston Hills, as we really enjoyed the Roswell event last year. Let me know if you or some of your scouts are interested.
The hills will be pretty tough, but the pace will be moderate 12-15 mph.
