In 2005, I was diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer, one of the rarest and most dangerous forms of Breast Cancer. All the info I found online seemed to indicate that the prognosis was very poor; in fact, the historical five year survival rate was less than 50% while the ten year survival rate was negligible. Drink water all day & eat before you start. We have 13 rest stops where you can rest, get hydrated & grab a PB&J or banana.
Be sure your helmet is resting flat on your head, not tilted up or down. Also be sure the strap is tight enough.Be sure helmet locks securely, fits well & has no cracks.
A-B-C Check- Be sure your bike is in good condition. Check bike tires for proper Air pressure. Check Brakes. Check Chain.
