Meet The Committee

Over 75 dedicated volunteers give countless hours of their time to organize and plan The Ride For Roswell each year. The love and commitment poured into The Ride is what makes this one of Western New York's top fundraising events.

Meet the Committee! This page welcomes riders and teams to ask the committee questions regarding The Ride. If you have ever wondered, what year The Ride started, how many Chairmen there are, or why The Ride requires a year in advance of planning, this is the place to ask the Committee Members.

About The Ride

The Ride For Roswell is an annual celebration of community support for Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Its core mission is to understand, prevent and cure cancer.
The Ride is a year-round fundraising program for the Institute that culminates in a celebratory cycling event every June. It is a safe and healthy day of cycling fun for riders, teams, cancer survivors, and supporters.

The Ride For Roswell offers a distance for any type of rider. Participants can choose to ride from eight routes this year! Either choose a traditional route that starts from Baird Point -- the 100-mile, 62.5-mile, 44-mile, 33-mile, 30-mile, 20-mile, 8-mile routes or The 3-mile Family Fun Route-- You can also join the Extra Mile Club Peloton: only 12-miles from Roswell Park to UB.
If you can't ride that day or want to simply fundraise and join us at the picnic, become a virtual rider!
