This is a 20 mile ride and is one in a series of advanced training rides open to all but also designed to help riders who want to do their first century. Rides in this series will become progressively longer each week for 10 weeks.

The Ride For Roswell is an annual celebration of community support for Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Its core mission is to understand, prevent and cure cancer.
Drink water all day & eat before you start. We have 13 rest stops where you can rest, get hydrated & grab a PB&J or banana.
Be sure your helmet is resting flat on your head, not tilted up or down. Also be sure the strap is tight enough.Be sure helmet locks securely, fits well & has no cracks.
A-B-C Check- Be sure your bike is in good condition. Check bike tires for proper Air pressure. Check Brakes. Check Chain.
