Event Description
Prepare for the route you intend to ride in June. Make friends, share advice, ask questions. These activities are free. Indoor Spinning® will be offered on Saturdays during February at local BAC Facilities. Outdoor training rides will begin on April 17th and will be offered every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday until Ride Day.

About The Ride
The Ride is a year-round fundraising program for the Institute that culminates in a celebratory cycling event every June. It is a safe and healthy day of cycling fun for riders, teams, cancer survivors, and supporters.
The Ride For Roswell offers a distance for any type of rider. Participants can choose to ride from eight routes this year! Either choose a traditional route that starts from Baird Point -- the 100-mile, 62.5-mile, 44-mile, 33-mile, 30-mile, 20-mile, 8-mile routes or The 3-mile Family Fun Route-- You can also join the Extra Mile Club Peloton: only 12-miles from Roswell Park to UB.
If you can't ride that day or want to simply fundraise and join us at the picnic, become a virtual rider!
